Terms

What we do, what you do, what it costs and what happens when something goes wrong. Short, because the service is simple.

This document is a draft. The passages marked in red need details only Davide can supply, and it should not be published until they are filled in.

Who you are contracting with

Davide Di Grottole, trading as Tenerife Lab, NIF Y9615051F, Calle Benchijigua 7, 38627 Arona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

SimplyNIE is a trading name of the same business. Reach us at davide@simplynie.com or +34 641 030 846.

What the service is

We find and book your appointment with Policía Nacional, complete form EX-15 and form 790, pay the government fee, and send you a PDF pack to print and sign.

You attend the appointment yourself. We do not go in your place, there is no power of attorney, and you never meet us. The appointment can be at whichever office suits you, anywhere in Spain.

We are not lawyers, and nothing we say is legal advice. We prepare an application; the decision is the authority’s.

What it costs, and when you pay

Prices are on the site and include the government fee. NIE blanco €129, NIE verde €149, a wider priority search €189, business and unusual cases from €249.

You pay once the appointment is secured, never before. If we cannot find you an appointment, you owe us nothing.

Payment terms and refunds: [TODO — Davide].

What we do not promise

Around 30 days is typical and it is what we quote. It is an estimate, not a commitment: how long it takes depends on the province, the office and what appointments exist.

Nobody can promise a particular date, and we will not pretend otherwise. Priority widens the search and checks more often — it does not guarantee a date either.

We cannot promise the application succeeds. We can promise the paperwork is right when you walk in with it.

What we need from you

Details that are accurate and match your passport. A form completed from a mistyped number is refused at the counter, and the appointment is spent.

That you attend the appointment you asked us to book. A missed appointment cannot be recovered; a new one has to be found.

That you tell us promptly if something changes — a new address, a different date, a decision not to continue.

If something goes wrong

If we make a mistake in the paperwork, we correct it and find you another appointment at no further charge.

We are not responsible for a refusal that follows from information you gave us, for an appointment you did not attend, or for the authority’s own decisions and delays.

Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

Which law applies

Spanish law, and the courts of the province where the business is registered.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country’s law and may bring a claim there.
